weight loss update week one

It's been one week since I decided to get serious again (since I slacked for a whole month) about losing the rest of the weight! Here's where I stand this week:

Height: 5'7"
Starting Weight, October 11, 2010: 195lbs
Restarting Weight, February 15: 164lbs
Last Week, February 18: 159lbs
Goal: -3lbs
Today, February 25: 157lbs (-2 loss since last week)
Total lost: -38lbs

So I missed my goal this week by one pound, but I'm still happy because I spent most of the week studying like crazy and only worked out one day! This coming week I'll definitely be hitting the gym more often, and my new goal is another -3lbs or down to 154 by next Friday!
